Indonesian Regulatory & Legal Compliance

We are a fully licensed and legal entity in the Republic of Indonesia, adhering to all national laws governing tourism and maritime operations.

Company Registration: We operate under a registered Indonesian entity (PT) and possess a valid Tourism Business Registration Number (NIB) and a SIUP PARIWISATA (Tourism Business License) issued by the government.
Tax & Insurance Compliance: We are registered with a NPWP (Taxpayer ID Number) and ensure all tax obligations are met. All our Indonesian employees are covered by the mandatory BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (workers’ social security) and BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance) programs.
Maritime Permits: For every single voyage, our vessels obtain a Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB or Port Clearance) from the Harbormaster (Syahbandar) office in Labuan Bajo, certifying that the vessel is seaworthy, properly manned, and has met all safety checks.
National Park Permits: We are a registered operator with the Komodo National Park Authority and ensure all guest and vessel permits are secured and paid prior to entry.

Safety Equipment: All vessels are equipped with modern safety and navigation equipment, including GPS, radar, AIS, depth sounders, VHF/SSB radios, and satellite phones.
