Our Team

How this desk is organised

There are no headshots below. Komodo Diving Liveaboard is a working desk for charters and voyages, and this page sets out what each part of it is responsible for.

  • Itinerary planning. Builds the route around sea state, permit windows and realistic sailing hours rather than around a brochure map.
  • Booking and payment. Holds dates, states the deposit and balance schedule in writing, and confirms what is and is not included before money moves.
  • Permit and park fees. Arranges park entry, ranger and anchorage requirements where they apply, and shows the official component separately from ours.
  • Guest liaison. Handles transfers, dietary needs, cabin allocation and the day-by-day changes that weather forces.
  • Fact checking. Verifies distances, durations, seasons and prices against operators and official sources before they appear on this site.

Why there are no names on this page

Names and credentials are deliberately absent. Anything of that kind on a public page ought to be verifiable, and we would rather leave the space empty than fill it with a qualification nobody can check. Ask, and you will be told who is working on your enquiry. That answer is specific to your case, which is the only context in which a name is worth anything.

What we publish, and how it is checked

Figures and rules published here are taken from the operator or the responsible authority. When we have not been able to confirm something, the page says it is unconfirmed instead of rounding it into a fact. If a page here contradicts what you were told by an operator or an official office, write to us. We will check it and correct the page.
